Abstract
(EN) A method performed by at least one server computer is provided, including: during interactive gameplay of a multi-player video game, processing game state data to identify gameplay activity of a player as being abusive; responsive to the identifying the gameplay activity as being abusive, then applying a corrective action to the player during the interactive gameplay, the corrective action providing an indication to the player of the gameplay activity that was identified as being abusive; after applying the corrective action, further processing the game state data to identify additional gameplay activity of the player as being abusive; responsive to the identifying the additional gameplay activity as being abusive, then applying a penalty to the player.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par au moins un ordinateur serveur, consistant à : pendant une partie de jeu interactif d'un jeu vidéo multijoueurs, traiter des données d'état de jeu pour identifier une activité de partie de jeu d'un joueur comme étant abusive ; en réponse à l'identification de l'activité de partie de jeu comme étant abusive, appliquer ensuite une action corrective au joueur pendant la partie de jeu interactif, l'action corrective fournissant une indication au joueur de l'activité de partie de jeu qui a été identifiée comme étant abusive ; après l'application de l'action corrective, traiter à nouveau des données d'état de jeu pour identifier une autre activité de partie de jeu supplémentaire du joueur comme étant abusive ; en réponse à l'identification de l'activité de partie de jeu supplémentaire comme étant abusive, appliquer une pénalité au joueur.
