Abstract
(EN) Techniques are provided for positioning a user equipment (UE) with different radio access technologies. An example method for determining a location of a mobile device includes providing location information to a network server, receiving channel information associated with one or more different radio access technologies, scanning for station identification information based on the received channel information, wherein the station identification information is associated with the one or more different radio access technologies, providing the station identification information to the network server, and receiving a current location estimate from the network server.
(FR) L'invention concerne des techniques pour positionner un équipement utilisateur (UE) avec différentes technologies d'accès radio. Un exemple de procédé employé pour déterminer un emplacement d'un dispositif mobile consiste à fournir des informations d'emplacement à un serveur de réseau, à recevoir des informations de canal associées à une ou plusieurs technologies d'accès radio différentes, à effectuer un balayage à la recherche d'informations d'identification de station sur la base des informations de canal reçues, les informations d'identification de station étant associées à la ou aux différentes technologies d'accès radio, à fournir les informations d'identification de station au serveur de réseau, et à recevoir une estimation d'emplacement actuel en provenance du serveur de réseau.
