Abstract
(EN) A computer system for part production using additive infill design receives a computer-aided design (CAD) file that describes physical dimensions of a target object. The computer system identifies a physical boundary portion of the target object within the CAD file. The computer system determines a target flow rate to infill the physical boundary portion with the infill material. Additionally, the computer system generates a first tool path to flow infill material into the physical boundary portion. Further, the computer system sends instructions to a computer system in communication with a dispenser that cause the dispenser to implement the first tool path while flowing the infill material into the physical boundary portion.
(FR) Un système informatique pour la production de pièces utilisant une conception de remplissage additive reçoit un fichier de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAD) qui décrit les dimensions physiques d'un objet cible. Le système informatique identifie une partie de limite physique de l'objet cible à l'intérieur du fichier de CAD. Le système informatique détermine un débit cible pour remplir la partie de limite physique avec le matériau de remplissage. De plus, le système informatique génère un premier trajet d'outil pour faire s'écouler un matériau de remplissage dans la partie de limite physique. En outre, le système informatique envoie des instructions à un système informatique en communication avec un distributeur qui amène le distributeur à mettre en œuvre le premier trajet d'outil tout en faisant s'écouler le matériau de remplissage dans la partie de limite physique.
