Abstract
(EN) A method may include obtaining model data for a reservoir region of interest. The model data may include flow property data based on streamlines. The method may further include generating a multilevel coarsening mask describing various coarsening levels that correspond to different flow values among the flow property data. The method may further include generating a coarsened grid model using the model data and the multilevel coarsening mask. The method may further include performing a reservoir simulation of the reservoir region of interest using the coarsened grid model.
(FR) Un procédé peut comprendre l'obtention de données de modèle pour une région de réservoir d'intérêt. Les données de modèle peuvent comprendre des données de propriétés d'écoulement basées sur des lignes de courant. Le procédé peut en outre comprendre la génération d'un masque de grossissement multiniveau décrivant divers niveaux de grossissement qui correspondent à différentes valeurs d'écoulement parmi les données de propriétés d'écoulement. Le procédé peut en outre comprendre la génération d'un modèle de grille grossie à l'aide des données de modèle et du masque de grossissement multiniveau. Le procédé peut en outre consister à effectuer une simulation de réservoir de la région d'intérêt de réservoir à l'aide du modèle de grille grossie.
