Abstract
(EN) Integrated Detector on Fabry-Perot Interferometer System An optical sensor. The optical sensor comprises a substrate and a Fabry-Perot interferometer. The substrate is formed from a semiconductor. The Fabry-Perot interferometer comprises a first mirror and a second mirror, and is mounted on the substrate such that light is transmitted through the interferometer to the substrate. The substrate is doped such that a region of the substrate to which light is transmitted by the interferometer forms a photodiode.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un détecteur intégré sur un système d'interféromètre de Fabry-Perot comprenant un capteur optique. Le capteur optique comprend un substrat et un interféromètre de Fabry-Perot. Le substrat est réalisé à partir d'un semi-conducteur. L'Interféromètre de Fabry-Perot comprend un premier miroir et un second miroir et est monté sur le substrat de telle sorte que la lumière est transmise par l'intermédiaire de l'interféromètre au substrat. Le substrat est dopé de telle sorte qu'une région du substrat à laquelle la lumière est transmise par l'interféromètre forme une photodiode.
