(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a syntactic foam article for electric vehicles, and a battery pack module for electric vehicles, said module being made of a syntactic foam material cured in a two-step curing process first being partly cured and subsequently post cured, and wherein said module comprises one or more slots, each one of said one or more slots being adapted to receive a battery cell.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un article en mousse syntactique pour véhicules électriques et un module de bloc-batterie pour véhicules électriques. Ledit module est constitué d'un matériau de mousse syntactique durci lors d'un procédé de durcissement en deux étapes, tout d'abord durci partiellement puis post-durci. Et ledit module comprend une ou plusieurs fentes, dont chacune est conçue pour recevoir un élément de batterie.
