(FR) SYSTÈME ET PROCÉDÉ DE SURVEILLANCE EN TEMPS RÉEL DE LA PROGRESSION DE RÉÉDUCATION D'UNE LOMBALGIE
Abstract
(EN) The present invention discloses a system and a method for monitoring a progression of low back pain rehabilitation in a real-time manner. The system comprises a wearable electromyography, EMG, assembly comprising a plurality of detection electrodes deployed on erector spinae muscles at a lumbar region of vertebrae L4 and L5, a signal detection module, an acquisition and transmission module, an inertia measurement module, and a monitoring and reporting unit. The monitoring and reporting unit determines, based on digital EMG signal, a flexion relaxation ratio, FRR, and an extension relaxation ratio, ERR, associated with the said erector spinae muscles, and compares the same against that of a historical data to determine the said rate of improvement or deterioration.
(FR) La présente invention divulgue un système et un procédé de surveillance de la progression de rééducation d'une lombalgie en temps réel. Le système comprend un ensemble d'électromyographie, EMG, portable comprenant une pluralité d'électrodes de détection déployées sur les muscles érecteurs du rachis au niveau d'une région lombaire des vertèbres L4 et L5, un module de détection de signal, un module d'acquisition et de transmission, un module de mesure d'inertie et une unité de surveillance et de rapport. L'unité de surveillance et de rapport détermine, sur la base d'un signal EMG numérique, un rapport de relaxation de flexion, FRR, et un rapport de relaxation d'extension, ERR, associés auxdits muscles érecteurs du rachis, et les compare à ceux de données historiques pour déterminer ledit taux d'amélioration ou de détérioration.
