Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing suspension culture efficiency of cells and a composition for enhancing adhesion culture efficiency of cells. According to the present invention, the adhesion dependence of target cells to be cultured is artificially altered and the modified phenotype can be simply reversed as necessary. Accordingly, the present invention can maximize culture efficiency of various target cells including immune cells and stem cells for therapy as well as host cells for producing recombinant proteins by altering cell phenotypes to optimal states for culture purposes and environments and reversing the alteration at a desired point of time.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à améliorer l'efficacité de la culture en suspension de cellules et une composition destinée à améliorer l'efficacité de la culture par adhésion de cellules. Selon la présente invention, la dépendance à l'adhérence de cellules cibles à cultiver est artificiellement modifiée et le phénotype modifié peut être simplement inversé si nécessaire. En conséquence, la présente invention peut maximiser l'efficacité de la culture de diverses cellules cibles, y compris les cellules immunitaires et les cellules souches pour la thérapie, ainsi que les cellules hôtes pour la production de protéines recombinées, en modifiant les phénotypes cellulaires pour obtenir des états optimaux pour les objectifs et les environnements de culture et en inversant la modification à un moment souhaité.
(KO) 본 발명은 세포의 부유 배양(suspension culture) 효율 증진용 조성물 및 세포의 부착 배양(adhesion culture) 효율 증진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 배양하고자 하는 목적 세포의 부착 의존성을 인위적으로 변경하고 필요에 따라 변형된 표현형을 간단하게 되돌릴 수 있다. 이에, 본 발명은 배양 목적 및 환경에 알맞게 세포 표현형을 최적의 상태로 변경하고 원하는 시점에 다시 되돌림으로써 재조합 단백질 생산용 숙주세포 뿐 아니라 치료용 면역세포 및 줄기세포를 비롯한 다양한 목적 세포의 배양 효율을 극대화할 수 있다.
