Abstract
(EN) A hydrogen sulfide detection sensor according to the present invention is a sensor for detecting gaseous hydrogen sulfide and, particularly, a hydrogen sulfide detection sensor according to the present invention comprises, as a sensing layer, a copper thin film of which electrical properties change from an insulator to a conductor by means of contact with hydrogen sulfide gas. The hydrogen sulfide detection sensor according to the present invention can directly detect gaseous hydrogen sulfide at room temperature with improved sensitivity, and selectively causes a color change for hydrogen sulfide gas together with a change in electrical characteristics, and thus can directly check whether hydrogen sulfide is detected through the visual recognition.
(FR) Capteur de détection de sulfure d'hydrogène constituant un capteur permettant de détecter un sulfure d'hydrogène gazeux et en particulier, un capteur de détection de sulfure d'hydrogène comprenant, en tant que couche de détection, un film mince de cuivre dont les propriétés électriques passent d'isolant à conducteur au moyen d'un contact avec un gaz de sulfure d'hydrogène. Le capteur de détection de sulfure d'hydrogène selon la présente invention permet de détecter directement du sulfure d'hydrogène gazeux à température ambiante avec une sensibilité améliorée, et provoque sélectivement un changement de couleur pour le gaz de sulfure d'hydrogène conjointement avec un changement des caractéristiques électriques, et permet ainsi de vérifier directement si le sulfure d'hydrogène est détecté par l'intermédiaire de la reconnaissance visuelle.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 황화수소 검출 센서는 가스상의 황화수소를 검출하는 센서로, 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 황화수소 검출센서는 황화수소 가스와의 접촉에 의해 절연체에서 도체로 전기적 특성이 변화되는 구리 박막을 감지층으로 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 황화수소 검출 센서는 향상된 민감도로 상온에서 가스 상태의 황화수소를 직접적으로 검출할 수 있으며, 전기적 특성 변화와 함께 황화수소 가스에 대해 선택적으로 색상의 변화가 발생하여, 시각적 인지를 통해 직접적으로 황화수소의 검출 여부를 확인할 수 있다.
