Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a resin composition for a golf ball cover, comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin that comprises 55-70 parts by weight of a polyol, 30-40 parts by weight of an isocyanate and 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of a polysiloxane, wherein the polysiloxane comprises at least one hydroxyl group or carboxyl group at the terminal alkyl group thereof. The polyol and the isocyanate form a thermoplastic polyurethane resin containing no silicon, and the polysiloxane and the isocyanate form a thermoplastic polyurethane resin containing silicon in the main chain thereof, and thus scuff resistance, which is required for a golf ball cover, can be improved and a slipping property can be improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine pour un revêtement de balle de golf, comprenant une résine de polyuréthane thermoplastique qui comprend de 55 à 70 parties en poids d'un polyol, de 30 à 40 parties en poids d'un isocyanate et de 0,2 à 0,4 partie en poids d'un polysiloxane, le polysiloxane comprenant au moins un groupe hydroxyle ou un groupe carboxyle au niveau du groupe alkyle terminal de celui-ci. Le polyol et l'isocyanate forment une résine de polyuréthane thermoplastique ne contenant pas de silicium, et le polysiloxane et l'isocyanate forment une résine de polyuréthane thermoplastique contenant du silicium dans sa chaîne principale, et par conséquent la résistance à l'usure, qui est requise pour un revêtement de balle de golf, peut être améliorée et une propriété de glissement peut être améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 골프공 커버용 수지 조성물로서 폴리올 55~70 중량부, 이소시아네이트 30~40 중량부 및 폴리실록산 0.2 내지 0.4 중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하며, 폴리실록산은 말단의 알킬기에 적어도 하나의 하이드록실기 또는 카르복실기를 포함한다. 폴리올 및 이소시아네이트는 실리콘을 포함하지 않는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 구성하며, 폴리실록산 및 이소시아네이트는 주 사슬에 실리콘을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 구성함으로써 골프공 커버에 요구되는 스커프 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 슬립성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
