Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a separator for a lithium secondary battery, an apparatus for manufacturing a separator, and a separator manufactured thereby. A method for manufacturing a separator according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that a pore impregnation solvent is applied before a slurry for forming a porous coating layer is applied on a porous polymer substrate. The present invention can provide a separator with less variation in physical properties between porous coating layers formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the porous polymer substrate due to the above characteristic.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un séparateur pour une batterie secondaire au lithium, un appareil pour fabriquer un séparateur, et un séparateur ainsi fabriqué. Un procédé de fabrication d'un séparateur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un solvant d'imprégnation de pores est appliqué avant qu'une suspension pour former une couche de revêtement poreuse soit appliquée sur un substrat polymère poreux. La présente invention peut fournir un séparateur présentant moins de variation des propriétés physiques entre des couches de revêtement poreuses formées sur les surfaces supérieure et inférieure du substrat polymère poreux en raison de la caractéristique ci-dessus.
(KO) 본 발명은 리튬 이차 전지용 분리막의 제조방법, 분리막 제조장치 및 이에 의해 제조된 분리막에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분리막의 제조방법은, 다공성 코팅층 형성용 슬러리를 다공성 고분자 기재 상에 도포하기 전에 기공 함침용 용매를 도포시키는 것을 발명의 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 특징으로 인하여 다공성 고분자 기재의 상면과 하면에 형성된 다공성 코팅층 간의 물성 편차가 적은 분리막을 제공할 수 있다.
