Abstract
(EN) A display device is provided. The display device comprises: a first substrate; a conductive layer including a fist electrode arranged on the first substrate; an interlayer insulation layer arranged on the conductive layer; a via layer which is arranged on the interlayer insulation layer, and which includes a hole for exposing a part of the top surface of the interlayer insulation layer; a second electrode arranged on the via layer so as to be spaced from the hole; light-emitting elements arranged inside the hole of the via layer; a first contact electrode electrically connected to the first electrode and first end portions of the light-emitting elements; and a second contact electrode arranged on the via layer so as to be electrically connected to second end portions of the light-emitting elements, wherein the light-emitting elements are arranged so that at least some parts thereof are placed on the inner wall of the hole, and the direction in which the major axis of the light-emitting elements is extended is slanted so as not to be parallel with the top surface of the first substrate.

Le dispositif d'affichage comprend : un premier substrat ; une couche conductrice comprenant une première électrode disposée sur le premier substrat ; une couche d'isolation intercouche disposée sur la couche conductrice ; une couche de trous d'interconnexion qui est disposée sur la couche d'isolation intercouche, et qui comprend un trou pour rendre visible une partie de la surface supérieure de la couche d'isolation intercouche ; une seconde électrode disposée sur la couche de trous d'interconnexion de manière à être espacée du trou ; des éléments électroluminescents disposés à l'intérieur du trou de la couche de trous d'interconnexion ; une première électrode de contact connectée électriquement à la première électrode et à des premières parties d'extrémité des éléments électroluminescents ; et une seconde électrode de contact disposée sur la couche de trous d'interconnexion de manière à être électriquement connectée à des secondes parties d'extrémité des éléments électroluminescents, les éléments électroluminescents étant agencés de telle sorte qu'au moins certaines de leurs parties sont placées sur la paroi interne du trou, et la direction dans laquelle l'axe principal des éléments électroluminescents s'étend est inclinée de façon à ne pas être parallèle à la surface supérieure du premier substrat.
