(KO) 이온성 액체를 이용한 탄소나노튜브의 정제방법
Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for purifying carbon nanotubes, comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a dispersion solution by dispersing, in an ionic liquid, unpurified carbon nanotubes comprising impurities; (b) emitting ultrasound waves at the dispersion solution; and (c) obtaining, from the ultrasonicated dispersion solution, high-purity carbon nanotubes from which the impurities are separated. The method for purifying carbon nanotubes, according to the present invention, uses the physicochemical properties of an ionic liquid to simply perform high purity purification in mass quantities without compromising the intrinsic properties of carbon nanotubes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de purification de nanotubes de carbone, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à: (a) préparer une solution de dispersion par dispersion, dans un liquide ionique, de nanotubes de carbone non purifiés comprenant des impuretés ; (b) émettre des ondes ultrasonores au niveau de la solution de dispersion ; et (c) obtenir, à partir de la solution de dispersion soumise à ultrasonication, des nanotubes de carbone de haute pureté desquels les impuretés ont été séparées. La méthode de purification de nanotubes de carbone, selon la présente invention, utilise les propriétés physico-chimiques d'un liquide ionique pour effectuer simplement une purification de haute pureté en grande quantité sans compromettre les propriétés intrinsèques des nanotubes de carbone.
(KO) 본 발명은 (a) 불순물을 포함하는 미정제 탄소나노튜브를 이온성 액체에 분산시켜 분산용액을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 분산용액에 초음파를 조사하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 초음파가 조사된 분산용액으로부터 상기 불순물이 분리된 고순도 탄소나노튜브를 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브의 정제방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 탄소나노튜브의 정제방법은 이온성 액체의 물리화학적 특성을 이용함으로써, 탄소나노튜브의 고유 물성을 해치지 않으면서, 대용량으로, 간단하게 고순도로 정제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
