Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer that specifically binds to a COVID-19 virus and use thereof, in which the aptamer selected by a modified SELEX (Systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) method of the present invention binds to a site different from a portion where an antibody binds to a COVID-19 virus nuclear protein, and thus can be applied to various fields such as a sandwich-type biosensor. Furthermore, such an aptamer has very good stability and sensitivity, compared to formulations comprising conventional antibodies, and is advantageous in that mass production is enabled in a short time and at low cost by using a chemical synthesis method and in that various modifications are easily made to increase a binding force.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un aptamère d'ADN se liant spécifiquement à un virus SARS-Cov2 et son utilisation, l'aptamère sélectionné par un procédé SELEX modifié (évolution systématique de ligands par enrichissement exponentiel) de la présente invention se liant à un site différent d'une partie où un anticorps se lie à une protéine nucléaire du virus SARS-Cov2, et pouvant ainsi être appliqué à divers domaines tels qu'un biocapteur de type sandwich. En outre, un tel aptamère présente une stabilité et une sensibilité très bonnes, par rapport aux formulations comprenant des anticorps classiques, et est avantageux en ce qu'une production de masse est possible en peu de temps et à faible coût en utilisant un procédé de synthèse chimique, et en ce que diverses modifications sont facilement apportées pour augmenter une force de liaison.
(KO) 본 발명은 코로나19 바이러스에 특이적으로 결합하는 DNA 압타머 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 변형된 SELEX(Systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) 방법에 의해 선별된 압타머는 코로나19 바이러스 핵 단백질에 항체가 결합되는 부분과 다른 부위에 결합되기 때문에, 샌드위치 형태의 바이오센서와 같은 다양한 분야에 적용 가능하다. 나아가, 이와 같은 압타머는 기존의 항체를 포함하는 제제와 비교하여 안정성 및 민감도가 매우 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 화학적 합성 방법으로 단시간에 적은 비용으로 대량 생산이 가능하고, 결합력을 높이기 위해 다양한 변형이 용이하다는 장점이 존재한다.
