Abstract
(EN) An invention relating to a control method for a cooking apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed invention is characterized by maintaining the temperature inside a cooking chamber during cooking to be not greater than the boiling point of water, by controlling the operation of a heating unit that heats the inside of the cooking chamber and a steam supply device that supplies steam to the inside of the cooking chamber.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande pour un appareil de cuisson. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle maintient la température à l'intérieur d'une chambre de cuisson pendant une cuisson de manière à ce qu'elle ne soit pas supérieure au point d'ébullition de l'eau, en commandant le fonctionnement d'une unité de chauffe qui chauffe l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson et d'un dispositif d'alimentation en vapeur qui délivre de la vapeur à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson.
(KO) 조리기기의 제어방법에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 발명은: 조리실 내부에 스팀을 공급하는 스팀공급장치와 조리실 내부를 가열하는 가열부의 동작을 제어하여 조리 중인 조리실 내부의 온도를 물의 끓는점 이하로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
