Abstract
(EN) A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a color conversion substrate and color conversion layer which convert light of a first color emitted by an LED to a second color and emit the light in all directions. The present invention can reduce LED transfer processes as the color conversion layer is included, and light-emitting efficiency can be increased by using the side-surface light emitted from the LEDs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage qui selon un mode de réalisation comprend un substrat de conversion de couleur et une couche de conversion de couleur qui convertissent la lumière d'une première couleur émise par une DEL en une seconde couleur et émettent la lumière dans toutes les directions. La présente invention peut réduire les processus de transfert de DEL lorsque la couche de conversion de couleur est incluse, et l'efficacité d'émission de lumière peut être augmentée en utilisant la lumière de surface latérale émise par les DEL.
(KO) 본 명세서의 실시예에 따른 표시장치는 LED에서 발광하는 제1 색상의 광을 제2 색상의 광으로 변환하여, 전방위로 발광하는 색변환층과 색변환기판을 포함한다. 본 발명은 색변환층을 포함하므로써, LED 전사공정을 줄일 수 있고, LED에서 발광한 측면광을 이용하여 발광 효율을 높일 수 있다.
