Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure provides a glass composition for chemical reinforcement which has outstanding alkali resistance and is suitable in terms of both surface compressive stress and compressive stress layer depth. The glass composition according to the present disclosure contains, in terms of mol%, 60-80% SiO2, 1-5% Al2O3, 5-25% MgO, 0-5% CaO, 10-20% Na2O, and 0-10% K2O as components. By using this glass composition, it is possible to provide a chemically reinforced glass article having surface compressive stress in the range of 650-950 MPa and a compressive stress layer depth in the range of 7-17 µm, for example.
(FR) L'invention fournit une composition de verre pour trempe chimique qui présente une excellente résistance aux alcalis, et qui est adaptée pour concilier une contrainte de compression superficielle et une profondeur de couche de contrainte de compression. La composition de verre de l'invention comprend en tant que composants, en % en moles, 60 à 80% d'un SiO2, 1 à 5% d'un Al23, 5 à 25% d'un MgO, 0 à 5% d'un CaO, 10 à 20% d'un Na2O et 0 à 10% d'un K2O. L'invention permet également de fournir, par exemple, un article en verre trempé chimiquement de contrainte de compression superficielle comprise dans une plage de 650 à 950MPa, et de profondeur de couche de contrainte de compression comprise dans une plage de 7 à 17μm, par mise en œuvre de cette composition de verre.
(JA) 本開示は、耐アルカリ性に優れ、表面圧縮応力と圧縮応力層深さとの両立に適した化学強化用ガラス組成物を提供する。本開示によるガラス組成物は、モル%表示により、SiO260~80%、Al231~5%、MgO5~25%、CaO0~5%、Na2O10~20%、K2O0~10%、を成分として含有する。このガラス組成物を用いることにより、例えば表面圧縮応力650~950MPa、圧縮応力層深さが7~17μmの範囲にある化学強化ガラス物品を提供することが可能となる。
