Abstract
(EN) This exterior panel includes a steel sheet. The steel sheet has a flat part. In a surface layer region of the flat part, a metal structure contains, by volume percentage, not less than 80% of ferrite. The average crystalline particle size of ferrite is 1.0-15.0 μm. The strength ratio XODF{001}/{111},S of ferrite is not less than 0.30 but less than 3.50. When uEl1 represents a uniform elongation measured using a tension test piece cut out from the flat part, and when uEl2 represents a theoretical uniform elongation derived from a plate thickness of the flat part, and the average crystalline particle size, the hardness, and the volume percentage for each of ferrite and martensite in the metal structure in an internal region of the flat part, uEl1/uEl2 is 0.44-0.80.
(FR) Le présent panneau extérieur comprend une tôle d'acier. La tôle d'acier présente une partie plate. Dans une région de couche de surface de la partie plate, une structure métallique contient, en pourcentage en volume, pas moins de 80 % de ferrite. La taille moyenne des grains cristallins de la ferrite va de 1,0 à 15 μm. Le rapport de résistance XODF{001}/{111},S de la ferrite est supérieur ou égal à 0,30 et inférieur à 3,50. Si uEl1 représente un allongement uniforme mesuré à l'aide d'une éprouvette de traction découpée dans la partie plate, et uEl2 représente un allongement uniforme théorique déterminé à partir d'une épaisseur de plaque de la partie plate, et de la taille moyenne des particules cristallines, de la dureté et du pourcentage volumique de chacune de la ferrite et de la martensite dans la structure métallique dans une région interne de la partie plate, alors uEl1/uEl2 va de 0,44 à 0,80.
