Abstract
(EN) This forward-osmosis composite hollow fiber membrane module has hollow fiber bundles, wherein: the hollow fibers are each such that a separation active layer of a high-molecular polymer thin film is provided on the inner surface of a microporous hollow fiber support film formed from a high-molecular polymer including polyketone; the film surface area of the hollow fiber bundles is 100 cm2 or greater; and the coefficient of variation of the average thickness of the separation active layer in the radial and thickness directions of the hollow fiber bundle is 0-60%, said coefficient being calculated through a method for measuring the mass of the separation active layer portion in a scanning electron microscope image in which a thickness-direction cross-section of the separation active layer is imaged.
(FR) Ce module de membrane à fibres creuses composite d'osmose directe comporte des faisceaux de fibres creuses, dans lequel : les fibres creuses étant chacune telles qu'une couche active de séparation d'un film mince de polymère à poids moléculaire élevé est disposée sur la surface interne d'un film de support de fibres creuses microporeux formé à partir d'un polymère à poids moléculaire élevé comprenant une polycétone ; la surface de film des faisceaux de fibres creuses est de 100 cm2 ou plus ; et le coefficient de variation de l'épaisseur moyenne de la couche active de séparation dans les directions radiale et d'épaisseur du faisceau de fibres creuses est de 0 à 60 %, ledit coefficient étant calculé par un procédé de mesure de la masse de la partie de couche active de séparation dans une image de microscope électronique à balayage dans laquelle une section transversale dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la couche active de séparation est imagée.
