Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a beverage having an enriched bulging taste, in particular, a beer-taste alcoholic beverage which has an enriched bulging taste and has a purine concentration of 5 mg/100 mL or more. The present invention pertains to a beer-taste alcoholic beverage which has a purine concentration of 5 mg/100 mL or more and an adenosine concentration of 50 ppm or more.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir une boisson dont la plénitude est amplifiée, plus particulièrement, une boisson alcoolisée au goût de bière de concentration en purine supérieure ou égale à 5mg/100mL dont la plénitude est amplifiée. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une boisson alcoolisée au goût de bière qui présente une concentration en purine supérieure ou égale à 5mg/100mL, et une concentration en adénosine supérieure ou égale à 50ppm.
