Abstract
(EN) A non-alcohol beer-flavored beverage containing malt as a raw material, the beverage comprising one or more diketopiperazines selected from the group consisting of cycloleucyl proline, cyclovalyl proline, and cycloisoleucyl proline, wherein the concentration of the most abundant one of the diketopiperazines is at least 0.4 ppm.
(FR) L'invention concerne une boisson sans alcool au goût de bière contenant un malt dans ses matières premières. Cette boisson sans alcool au goût de bière contient au moins une sorte de dicétopipérazine choisie dans un groupe constitué d'une cycloleucylproline, d'une cyclovalylproline et d'une cycloisoleucylproline, la concentration en dicétopipérazine contenue le plus abondamment dans la boisson parmi lesdites dicétopipérazines, étant supérieure ou égale à 0,4ppm.
