Abstract
(EN) An insert (1) according to the present disclosure has a cBN sintered body containing cBN and TiN. In an observation of a cross section of the cBN sintered body, cBN occupies 60 area% or more. Moreover, TiN(200) is greater than cBN(111), where cBN(111) is the X-ray intensity in the (111) plane of cBN in X-ray diffraction of the cBN sintered body, and TiN(200) is the X-ray intensity in the (200) plane of TiN in X-ray diffraction of the cBN sintered body.
(FR) Une plaquette (1) selon la présente invention présente un corps fritté en cBN contenant du cBN et du TiN. Dans une observation d'une section transversale du corps fritté en cBN, le cBN occupe 60 % ou plus. De plus, le TiN (200) est supérieur au cBN (111), le cBN (111) étant l'intensité des rayons X dans le plan (111) de cBN dans la diffraction des rayons X du corps fritté en cBN, et le TiN (200) étant l'intensité des rayons X dans le plan (200) du TiN dans la diffraction des rayons X du corps fritté en cBN.
(JA) 本開示によるインサート(1)は、cBNとTiNとを含有するcBN質焼結体を有する。cBN質焼結体の断面観察において、cBNは60面積%以上を占める。また、cBN質焼結体のX線回折における、cBNの(111)面のX線強度をcBN(111)とし、cBN質焼結体のX線回折における、TiNの(200)面のX線強度をTiN(200)とした場合、TiN(200)は、前記cBN(111)よりも大きい。
