Abstract
(EN) The present invention further improves the light emission efficiency of a semiconductor light-emitting element. In the present invention, a mounting member (2), a substrate (3), two semiconductor light-emitting elements (LED1, LED2), and three terminals (T1, T2, T3) are configured as a socket (S), which is an integral structure. Meanwhile, a control circuit (4) is configured separately from the socket (S). As a result, in this present invention, because the control circuit (4) is set away from the substrate (3) of the socket (S), it becomes possible to further improve the light emission efficiency of the semiconductor light-emitting elements (LED1, LED2).
(FR) La présente invention améliore encore l'efficacité d'émission de lumière d'un élément émetteur de lumière à semi-conducteurs. Dans la présente invention, un élément de montage (2), un substrat (3), deux éléments émetteurs de lumière à semi-conducteurs (LED1, LED2) et trois bornes (T1, T2, T3) sont configurés comme une douille (S), qui est une structure d'un seul tenant. Pendant ce temps, un circuit de commande (4) est configuré séparément de la douille (S).
