Abstract
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a polyphenylene sulfide film which has an excellent productivity in manufacturing batteries and enables electrode materials and base materials to be thin, and with which the battery capacity is improved. This biaxially stretched polyphenylene sulfide film comprises at least one layer, and is composed of a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition. The biaxially stretched polyphenylene sulfide film has a thickness of 0.2-30 μm, and a tensile elongation at break of 30-150% in each of MD and TD directions. The relation between the tensile elongation at break in the MD direction and the tensile elongation at break in the TD direction satisfies formula (1): 0.75≤SMD/STD≤1.25. The heat shrinkage at 180℃ for 30 minutes both in the MD and TD directions is 4% or less. In formula (1), SMD represents the tensile elongation at break in the MD direction, and STD represents the tensile elongation at break in the TD direction.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'un film de polysulfure de phénylène qui présente une excellente productivité dans la fabrication de batteries et grâce auquel des matériaux d'électrode et des matériaux de base peuvent être minces et la capacité des batteries est améliorée. Ce film de polysulfure de phénylène étiré biaxialement comprend au moins une couche et est composé d'une composition de résine de polysulfure de phénylène. Le film de polysulfure de phénylène étiré biaxialement présente une épaisseur de 0,2 à 30 µm et un allongement à la rupture de 30 à 150 % dans le sens machine comme dans le sens travers. La relation entre l'allongement à la rupture dans le sens machine et l'allongement à la rupture dans le sens travers satisfait la formule (1) : 0,75 ≤ SMD/STD ≤ 1,25. Le retrait thermique à 180 °C pendant 30 minutes à la fois dans le sens machine et le sens travers est inférieur ou égal à 4 %. Dans la formule (1), SMD représente l'allongement à la rupture dans le sens machine, et STD représente l'allongement à la rupture dans le sens travers.
