Abstract
(EN) This delivery plan generation device comprises: a processor; a communication unit that acquires delivery range information indicating a delivery range of articles; and a memory that stores past congestion information items and road feature information items indicating the characteristics of roads corresponding to the delivery range information. The processor: acquires road network information indicating a connection relationship between the roads; acquires training information items generated on the basis of a travel history of a delivery vehicle delivering articles, and the past congestion information items and the road feature information items on the roads corresponding to the travel history; acquires congestion information items on the roads for a scheduled delivery time; calculates road costs for the roads on the basis of the road feature information items, the congestion information items for the scheduled delivery time, and the training information items; and generates an article delivery plan by using the road network information and the road costs.
(FR) Ce dispositif de génération de plan de livraison comprend : un processeur ; une unité de communication qui acquiert des informations de plage de livraison indiquant une plage de livraison d'articles ; et une mémoire qui stocke des éléments d'informations de congestion passée et des éléments d'informations de caractéristiques de route indiquant les caractéristiques de route correspondant aux informations de plage de livraison. Le processeur : acquiert des informations de réseau routier indiquant une relation de connexion entre les routes ; acquiert des éléments d'informations d'apprentissage générés sur la base d'un historique de déplacement d'un véhicule de livraison livrant des articles, et les éléments d'informations de congestion passée et les éléments d'informations de caractéristiques de route sur les routes correspondant à l'historique de déplacement ; acquiert des éléments d'informations de congestion sur les routes sur une durée de livraison planifiée ; calcule les coûts de la route pour les routes sur la base des éléments d'informations de caractéristiques de route, des éléments d'informations de congestion pour la durée de livraison planifiée et des éléments d'informations d'apprentissage ; et génère un plan de livraison d'articles au moyen des informations de réseau routier et des coûts de la route.
(JA) 配送計画生成装置は、プロセッサと、物品の配送範囲を示す配送範囲情報を取得する通信部と、配送範囲情報に対応する各道路の特性を示す道路特徴情報および過去の渋滞情報を記憶するメモリと、を備える。プロセッサは、各道路の接続関係を示す道路ネットワーク情報を取得し、物品を配送する配送車両の走行履歴と走行履歴に対応する各道路の道路特徴情報および過去の渋滞情報とに基づいて生成される学習情報を取得し、各道路の配送予定時の渋滞情報を取得し、道路特徴情報と配送予定時の渋滞情報と学習情報とに基づいて、各道路の道路コストを算出し、道路ネットワーク情報および道路コストを用いて、物品の配送計画を生成する。
