Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a method for producing a modeled object which enables easy production and which effectively improves mechanical properties in modeling that uses a 3D printer. The method for producing a modeled object comprises: a step for preparing a resin composition that contains a thermoplastic resin and inorganic fibers having an average fiber length of 1-300 μm and an average aspect ratio of 3-200; and a step for producing a modeled object by using the resin composition in modeling performed with a fused deposition modeling type 3D printer, wherein during the modeling performed with the fused deposition modeling type 3D printer, the deposition pitch is less than 0.20 mm, and the modeling line width is less than 0.20 mm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un objet modélisé qui permet une production facile et qui améliore efficacement les propriétés mécaniques lors d'une modélisation qui utilise une imprimante 3D. Le procédé de production d'un objet modélisé comprend : une étape de préparation d'une composition de résine qui contient une résine thermoplastique et des fibres inorganiques ayant une longueur moyenne de fibre de 1 à 300 µm et un rapport d'aspect moyen de 3 à 200 ; et une étape de production d'un objet modélisé au moyen de la composition de résine lors d'une modélisation réalisée à l'aide d'une imprimante 3D à modélisation par dépôt fondu ; pendant la modélisation effectuée à l'aide d'une imprimante 3D à modélisation par dépôt fondu, le pas de dépôt est inférieur à 0,20 mm et la largeur de ligne de modélisation est inférieure à 0,20 mm.
