Abstract
(EN) This conductor contains a conductive carbon material (11), and is provided with a conductive structure having a predetermined shape, and a dopant (30) that generates electric charge in the carbon material. The dopant includes trifluoromethanesulfonate composed of a trivalent ion of lanthanoids and a triflate anion.
(FR) Ce conducteur contient un matériau carboné conducteur (11), et est pourvu d'une structure conductrice ayant une forme prédéterminée, et un dopant (30) qui génère une charge électrique dans le matériau carboné. Le dopant comprend du trifluorométhanesulfonate composé d'un ion trivalent de lanthanoïdes et d'un anion triflate.
(JA) 導電体は、導電性のカーボン素材(11)を含有し、所定の形状をなす導電性構造体と、カーボン素材に電荷を生成させるドーパント(30)と、を備える。ドーパントは、ランタノイドの3価のイオンとトリフラートアニオンとにより構成されるトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸塩を含む。
