Abstract
(EN) A radiation detector according to an embodiment comprises: an array substrate which has a plurality of detection parts for detecting radiation directly or by means of a scintillator; an analogue circuit which read out an image data signal from the plurality of detection parts; a digital circuit which constructs a radiation image on the basis of a signal from the analogue circuit; and an inductor which is connected between a ground of the analogue circuit and a ground of the digital circuit.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un détecteur de rayonnement comprenant : un substrat de réseau qui a une pluralité de parties de détection destinées à détecter un rayonnement directement ou au moyen d'un scintillateur; un circuit analogique qui lit un signal de données d'image à partir de la pluralité de parties de détection; un circuit numérique qui construit une image de rayonnement sur la base d'un signal provenant du circuit analogique; et un inducteur qui est connecté entre une masse du circuit analogique et une masse du circuit numérique.
