Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for inducing regulatory T cells without using an additive. This method for inducing regulatory T cells includes a step for extracting blood from a living body, and a step for irradiating the extracted blood with an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength range of 260-320 nm. Preferably, the extracted blood is irradiated with an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength ranging of 260-290 nm in the step for irradiating an ultraviolet ray. By irradiating the blood with the ultraviolet ray of the specific wavelength range, regulatory T cells are induced without the need to add a substance to the blood extracted from a living body.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour induire des lymphocytes T régulateurs sans utiliser d'additif. Ce procédé d'induction de lymphocytes T régulateurs comprend une étape d'extraction du sang d'un corps vivant, et une étape d'irradiation du sang extrait avec un rayon ultraviolet ayant une plage de longueurs d'onde de 260 à 320 nm. De préférence, le sang extrait est irradié avec un rayon ultraviolet ayant une longueur d'onde comprise entre 260 et 290 nm dans l'étape d'irradiation d'un rayon ultraviolet. En irradiant le sang avec un rayon ultraviolet d'une longueur d'onde spécifique, les lymphocytes T régulateurs sont induits sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'ajouter une substance au sang extrait d'un corps vivant.
(JA) 添加剤を用いることなく、制御性T細胞を誘導する方法を提供する。 制御性T細胞の誘導方法は、生体から血液を抽出する工程と、抽出された血液に対して260nm以上320nm以下の波長域の紫外線を照射する工程と、を含む。好ましくは、紫外線を照射する工程では、抽出された血液に対して260nm以上290nm以下の波長域の紫外線を照射する。上記の特定波長域の紫外線を血液に対して照射することで、生体から抽出された血液に物質を添加しなくとも制御性T細胞が誘導される。
