Abstract
(EN) Provided are a detection device and method whereby it is possible to accurately detect the presence or absence of a longitudinal tear in a conveyor belt, while having high versatility and low cost. An embedded body 2, which has one antenna 4 and a passive IC tag 3, connected to the one antenna 4, at one end of a coaxial cable 6 and the other antenna 5 at the other end, is embedded in a conveyor belt 17 with the one antenna 4 and IC tag 3 spaced apart from the other antenna 5 in the width direction and with the coaxial cable 6 extended in the width direction. A calculation unit 12 determines whether or not a detector 10 has received the radio wave R2 transmitted from the IC tag 3 through the coaxial cable 6 and the other antenna 5 in response to the radio wave R1 transmitted from the detector 10 to the other antenna 5, and detects, on the basis of the determination result, the presence or absence of a longitudinal tear in the conveyor belt 17 in the area where the coaxial cable 6 is embedded.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de détection permettant de détecter avec précision la présence ou l'absence d'une déchirure longitudinale dans une bande transporteuse, tout en ayant une polyvalence élevée et un faible coût. Un corps intégré 2, qui a une antenne 4 et une étiquette CI passive 3, connectée à ladite antenne 4, à une extrémité d'un câble coaxial 6 et à l'autre antenne 5 à l'autre extrémité, est incorporé dans une bande transporteuse 17, l'antenne 4 et l'étiquette CI 3 étant espacées de l'autre antenne 5 dans le sens de la largeur et avec le câble coaxial 6 s'étendant dans le sens de la largeur. Une unité de calcul 12 détermine si un détecteur 10 a reçu ou non l'onde radio R2 transmise par l'étiquette CI 3 à travers le câble coaxial 6 et l'autre antenne 5 en réponse à l'onde radio R1 transmise par le détecteur 10 à l'autre antenne 5, et détecte, sur la base du résultat de détermination, la présence ou l'absence d'une déchirure longitudinale dans la bande transporteuse 17 dans la zone où le câble coaxial 6 est incorporé.
(JA) 高い汎用性を有して低コストでありながら、精度よくコンベヤベルトの縦裂きの発生の有無を検出できる検出装置および方法を提供する。同軸ケーブル6の一端部に一方側アンテナ部4およびこれに接続されたパッシブ型のICタグ3を有し、他端部に他方側アンテナ部5を有した埋設体2を、一方側アンテナ部4およびICタグ3と、他方側アンテナ部5とを幅方向に間隔をあけてコンベヤベルト17に埋設して同軸ケーブル6を幅方向に延在させて埋設し、検出器10から他方側アンテナ部5に向かって送信した電波R1に応じてICタグ3から同軸ケーブル6および他方側アンテナ部5を通じて発信された電波R2を、検出器10が受信したか否かを演算部12が判断し、この判断結果に基づいて同軸ケーブル6が埋設された範囲でのコンベヤベルト17の縦裂きの発生の有無を検出する。
