Abstract
(EN) Second computing machine systems each controlling each partial area within a whole area each share the actual power generation within the controlling partial area and a transmission line operation limit value with a first computing machine system controlling the whole area and each calculate a suppression amount of a renewable energy within the partial area on the basis of the actual power generation within the partial area and the transmission line operation limit value. The first computing machine system corrects the suppression amounts of renewable energies connected in a non firm fashion within the whole area on the basis of the suppression amounts of renewable energies each notified from each of the second computing machine systems. A third computing machine system controls the power generation amounts of renewable energy devices to suppress the power generation amounts of renewable energies as much as the suppression amounts calculated and corrected by the first computing machine system.
(FR) Selon l'invention, des deuxièmes systèmes de machine informatique commandant chacun une zone partielle dans une zone entière partagent la production d'énergie réelle à l'intérieur de la zone partielle de commande et une valeur limite de fonctionnement de ligne de transmission avec un premier système de machine informatique commandant la zone entière, et calculent chacun une quantité de suppression d'énergie renouvelable à l'intérieur de la zone partielle, en fonction de la production d'énergie réelle dans la zone partielle et de la valeur limite de fonctionnement de ligne de transmission. Le premier système de machine informatique corrige les quantités de suppression d'énergies renouvelables raccordées de façon non fixe dans la zone entière, en fonction des quantités de suppression d'énergies renouvelables notifiées chacune par chacun des deuxièmes systèmes de machine informatique. Un troisième système de machine informatique commande les quantités de production d'énergie de dispositifs à énergie renouvelable pour supprimer les quantités de production d'énergies renouvelables à la hauteur des quantités de suppression calculées et corrigées par le premier système de machine informatique.
(JA) 全体エリア内の各部分エリアをそれぞれ管轄する各第2の計算機システムが、管轄する部分エリア内の発電実績及び送電線の運用限界値を全体エリアを管轄する第1の計算機システムと共有し、当該部分エリア内における再生可能エネルギーの抑制量を、当該部分エリア内における発電実績及び送電線の運用限界値に基づいて算出し、第1の計算機システムが、全体エリア内におけるノンファーム型接続された再生可能エネルギーの抑制量を、各第2の計算機システムからそれぞれ通知される再生可能エネルギーの抑制量に基づいて補正し、第3の計算機システムが、第1の計算機システムにより算出及び補正された抑制量分だけ再生可能エネルギーの発電量を抑制するように、再生可能エネルギー装置の発電量を制御するようにした。
