Abstract
(EN) An electric discharge plasma device for treating waste fluid comprises: (a) at least one optical arrangement further comprising a laser source generating a laser radiation beam propagatable into a flow of the waste fluid and a laser beam distributor which spatiotemporally distributes the laser radiation beam within the flow such that a cloud of ionized gases containing electrically charged particles is created; and (b) an energizing arrangement transferring energy to the ionized gases containing electrically charged particles such that at least one of the following products an ionized gas, an oxidized contaminant, an ozone gas is generated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif à plasma à décharge électrique permettant de traiter un fluide résiduaire qui comprend : (a) au moins un agencement optique comprenant en outre une source laser générant un faisceau de rayonnement laser pouvant se propager dans un flux du fluide résiduaire et un appareil de répartition de faisceau laser qui répartit de manière spatio-temporelle le faisceau de rayonnement laser à l'intérieur du flux de sorte à créer un nuage de gaz ionisés contenant des particules chargées électriquement ; et (b) un agencement d'excitation transférant de l'énergie aux gaz ionisés contenant des particules chargées électriquement de sorte à générer au moins l'un des produits suivants : un gaz ionisé, un contaminant oxydé, un gaz d'ozone.
