Abstract
(EN) Multi-Channels coherent beam combining (CBC) using a mechanism for phase and/or polarization locking that uses a reference optical beam and an array of optical detectors each detector being configured and located to detect overall intensity of an optical interference signal caused by interfering of the reference beam and a beam of the respective channel, where the fast intensity per-channel detection allows simultaneous and quick phase/polarization locking of all channels for improving beam combining system performances.
(FR) Combinaison de faisceaux cohérents (CBC) à canaux multiples utilisant un mécanisme de verrouillage de phase et/ou de polarisation qui utilise un faisceau optique de référence et un réseau de détecteurs optiques, chaque détecteur étant configuré et placé pour détecter l'intensité globale d'un signal d'interférence optique provoqué par l'interférence du faisceau de référence et d'un faisceau du canal respectif, l'intensité rapide par détection de canal permettant un verrouillage simultané et rapide de phase/polarisation de tous les canaux pour améliorer les performances du système de combinaison de faisceaux.
