Abstract
(EN) Organic electrochemical transistor (OECT)-based immunosensors, methods of making and methods of use thereof are provided herein. The immunosensor includes an OECT and a biorecognition layer. The biorecognition layer is preferably integrated on the gate electrode of the OECT. The biorecognition layer includes a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of organic molecules, a linker, and a biorecognition element preferably, a nanobody. In a preferred embodiment, the organic molecules forming the SAM include thiols. The disclosed methods can be used to make OECT devices containing a nanobody whose binding partner is any analyte of interest, such as SARS-2 RBD, S1 or the virus itself.
(FR) Immunocapteurs étant fondés sur des transistors électrochimiques organiques (OECT), ainsi que leurs méthodes de fabrication et leurs méthodes d'utilisation. L'immunocapteur comprend un OECT et une couche de bioreconnaissance. La couche de bioreconnaissance est de préférence intégrée sur l'électrode de grille de l'OECT. La couche de bioreconnaissance comprend une monocouche auto-assemblée (SAM) de molécules organiques, un élément de liaison et un élément de bioreconnaissance, de préférence un nanocorps. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, les molécules organiques formant la SAM comprennent des thiols. Les méthodes divulguées peuvent être utilisées pour fabriquer des dispositifs OECT contenant un nanocorps dont le partenaire de liaison est n'importe quel analyte d'intérêt, tel que le RBD ou le S1 SARS-2 ou le virus lui-même.
