Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a carbon-silicon composite material powder, comprising: providing a carbon-containing precursor, which is lignin; providing at least one silicon-containing active material; melt-mixing at least said carbon-containing precursor and said silicon-containing active material(s) to a melt-mixture; providing said melt-mixture in a non-fibrous form and cooling the melt- mixture to provide an isotropic intermediate composite material; subjecting said isotropic intermediate composite material to a thermal treatment, wherein said thermal treatment comprises a carbonization step to provide a carbon-silicon composite material, and subjecting said carbon-silicon composite material to pulverization to provide said carbon-silicon composite material powder. The present disclosure also relates to a carbon-silicon composite material powder obtainable by the method, a negative electrode for a non-aqueous secondary battery, such as a lithium-ion battery, comprising the carbon-silicon composite material powder, and use of the carbon-silicon composite material powder in a negative electrode of a non-aqueous secondary battery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une poudre de matériau composite carbone-silicium, comprenant les étapes suivantes : la fourniture d'un précurseur contenant du carbone, qui est de la lignine ; la fourniture d'au moins une matière active contenant du silicium ; le mélange en fusion dudit précurseur contenant du carbone et/ou de ladite ou desdites matières actives contenant du silicium pour obtenir un mélange en fusion ; la fourniture dudit mélange en fusion sous une forme non fibreuse et le refroidissement du mélange en fusion pour fournir un matériau composite intermédiaire isotrope ; la soumission dudit matériau composite intermédiaire isotrope à un traitement thermique, ledit traitement thermique comprenant une étape de carbonisation pour obtenir un matériau composite carbone-silicium, et la soumission dudit matériau composite carbone-silicium à une pulvérisation pour obtenir ladite poudre de matériau composite carbone-silicium. La présente invention concerne également une poudre de matériau composite carbone-silicium pouvant être obtenue par le procédé, une électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire non aqueuse, telle qu'une batterie lithium-ion, comprenant la poudre de matériau composite carbone-silicium, et l'utilisation de la poudre de matériau composite carbone-silicium dans une électrode négative d'une batterie secondaire non aqueuse.
