Abstract
(EN) Embodiments include hydrogenating catalysts and methods of making the same. The catalyst includes nanoparticles of a metal phosphide, such as nickel phosphide with a Ni5P4 phase. Also included are methods of hydrogenating a gas that contains sulfur. The methods include directing the gas containing sulfur to a catalyst that includes nanoparticles of a metal phosphide, and contacting the catalyst with the gas containing sulfur to produce a hydrogenated gas.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des catalyseurs d'hydrogénation et leurs procédés de production. Le catalyseur comprend des nanoparticules d'un phosphure métallique, tel que du phosphure de nickel ayant une phase Ni5P4. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'hydrogénation d'un gaz contenant du soufre. Les procédés consistent à diriger le gaz contenant du soufre vers un catalyseur comprenant des nanoparticules d'un phosphure métallique, et à mettre en contact le catalyseur avec le gaz contenant du soufre pour produire un gaz hydrogéné.
