Abstract
(EN) A smart and Integrated cooking system (100) comprising a storage unit (202) containing hopper units (204), a cooking unit (206) having a container (250) and an induction (252), an RO water purifier unit (260) connected with the cooking unit (206), a grinding unit (208), and a processing module (102) in communication with the storage unit (202), the sensors and the cooking unit (206) is configured to, receive the predetermined recipe from a user interface module (104), instruct the storage unit (202) to dispense the raw ingredients used for cooking into the container (250) as per the recipe, turn on/off the induction (252) for cooking/boiling, instruct the RO water purifier unit (260) to provide water to the container (250) in the cooking unit (206), instruct the grinding unit (208) to grind for preparing grinded mixtures to be used in the recipe.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de cuisson intelligent et intégré (100) comprenant une unité de stockage (202) contenant des unités de trémies (204), une unité de cuisson (206) comportant un récipient (250) et une induction (252), une unité de purification d'eau à osmose inverse (OI) (260) reliée à l'unité de cuisson (206), une unité de broyage (208) et un module de traitement (102) en communication avec l'unité de stockage (202), les capteurs et l'unité de cuisson (206) est conçue pour recevoir la recette prédéfinie en provenance d'un module d'interface utilisateur (104), ordonner à l'unité de stockage (202) de distribuer les ingrédients bruts utilisés pour la cuisson dans le récipient (250) selon la recette, allumer/éteindre l'induction (252) pour la cuisson/ébullition, ordonner à l'unité de purification d'eau à OI (260) de fournir de l'eau dans le récipient (250) dans l'unité de cuisson (206), ordonner à l'unité de broyage (208) de réaliser le broyage pour préparer des mélanges broyés à utiliser dans la recette.
