Abstract
(EN) An electric guitar comprising a rotatable disc positioned underneath the guitar strings and comprising a plurality of attachment points; at least one pic comprising a body configured to be received by an attachment point of the rotatable disc and a flexible wire member extending from the body away from the rotatable disc; drive means configured to rotate the rotatable disc relative to the guitar body such that each time the at least one pic passes the at least one string it engages therewith causing the at least one string to vibrate and the at least one pickup generates an electrical signal; and an output jack for outputting the electrical signal to an amplifier.
(FR) L'invention concerne une guitare électrique qui comprend: un disque rotatif positionné sous les cordes de guitare et qui comprend une pluralité de points de fixation; au moins une pointe comprenant un corps conçu pour être reçu par un point de fixation du disque rotatif et un élément de fil flexible s'étendant à partir du corps à l'opposé du disque rotatif; des moyens d'entraînement configurés pour faire tourner le disque rotatif par rapport au corps de guitare de telle sorte que, chaque fois que l'au moins une pointe passe la ou les cordes, elle vienne en prise avec celles-ci, ce qui amène la ou les cordes à vibrer et le ou les capteurs à générer un signal électrique; et une prise de sortie pour émettre le signal électrique vers un amplificateur.
