Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a cationic liposome having the effect of inhibiting saponin-induced hemolytic action on erythrocytes, and, more specifically, to: a composition for inhibiting saponin-induced erythrocyte hemolysis, containing a cationic liposome that contains an unsaturated lipid; an immune enhancement composition and a drug delivery composition which contain same; and a drug carrier and a drug-carrier complex which contain a cationic liposome that contain an unsaturated lipid. Saponin includes strong and effective immunological activity to exhibit broad pharmacological and biological activity such as anti-inflammatory activity, and thus can be medically and pharmaceutically effective, but has the disadvantage of causing erythrocyte hemolysis. Therefore, saponin is generally used together with cholesterol and the like so that the hemolytic action thereof is inhibited, but it has been identified in the present invention that saponin-induced erythrocyte hemolysis can be inhibited using a cationic liposome, which is more effective for inhibiting saponin-induced hemolysis on erythrocytes and is economical. Thus, according to the present invention, saponin can be more effectively used in preparing an immunostimulant, a drug delivery vehicle and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un liposome cationique ayant l’effet d’inhiber l’action hémolytique induite par la saponine sur les érythrocytes, et, plus spécifiquement : une composition d’inhibition de l’hémolyse érythrocytaire induite par la saponine, contenant un liposome cationique qui contient un lipide insaturé ; une composition d’amélioration immunitaire et une composition d’administration de médicament qui la contient ; et un support de médicament et un complexe support de médicament qui contient un liposome cationique qui contient un lipide insaturé. La saponine comprend une activité immunologique forte et efficace pour faire preuve d’activité pharmacologique et biologique large telle que l’activité anti-inflammatoire, et ainsi peut être médicalement et pharmaceutiquement efficace, mais présente l’inconvénient de provoquer l’hémolyse érythrocytaire. Par conséquent, la saponine est généralement utilisée conjointement au cholestérol et similaire de sorte que son action hémolytique est inhibée, mais il a été identifié dans la présente invention que l’hémolyse érythrocytaire induite par la saponine peut être inhibée à l'aide d'un liposome cationique, qui est plus efficace pour inhiber l’hémolyse induite par la saponine sur les érythrocytes et qui est économique. Ainsi, selon la présente invention, la saponine peut être plus efficacement utilisée dans la préparation d’un agent immunostimulant, d’un véhicule d’administration de médicament et similaires.
(KO) 본 발명은 사포닌에 의한 적혈구 용혈작용을 억제하는 효능을 가지는 양이온성 리포좀에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 불포화 지질이 함유된 양이온성 리포좀을 포함하는 사포닌의 적혈구 용혈 억제용 조성물, 이를 포함하는 면역증강용 조성물과 약물 전달용 조성물 및 불포화 지질이 함유된 양이온성 리포좀을 포함하는 약물 전달체와 약물-전달체 복합체에 관한 것이다. 사포닌은 강력하고 효과적인 면역학적 활성을 포함하여 항염증 등 광범위한 약리학적, 생물학적 활성을 나타내어 의학적, 약학적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있으나, 적혈구에 대해 용혈현상을 일으키는 단점이 있다. 이에 일반적으로 콜레스테롤 등을 함께 사용하여 사포닌의 용혈작용을 억제하나, 본 발명에서는 사포닌의 용혈 억제능에 있어 보다 효과적이고, 경제적인 양이온성 리포좀을 이용하여 사포닌의 적혈구 용혈작용을 억제할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따르면, 면역증강제, 약물전달체 제조 등에 있어서, 사포닌을 보다 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
