Abstract
(EN) The object of the invention is a method for obtaining a heavy-duty coating. The coating process of the invention begins with pre-treatment of the surface to be coated. After this, a preparatory coating layer (7) is applied on a pre-treated surface of up to about one square meter at a time using a coating agent composition comprising organic solvents and at least one coating agent selected from a group consisting of polymeric coating agents and polymeric resins. Subsequently, a second coating layer (8) is applied on top of the preparatory coating layer using a similar coating agent composition, the coating agent composition being at a higher temperature than in the previous step. A finishing agent is applied on the dust-dry surface (10), after which it is left to dry and removed. The surface is polished to achieve the desired low-friction and high shine surface. After this, final hardening of the coating (11) takes place. Further objects of the invention are a heavy-duty coating obtained by the method, a coating agent composition suitable for use in the method as well as an article coated by such a heavy-duty coating.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'un revêtement à usage intensif. Le procédé de revêtement selon l'invention commence par le prétraitement de la surface à revêtir. Ensuite, une couche de revêtement préparatoire (7) est appliquée sur une surface prétraitée de jusqu'à environ un mètre carré à la fois à l'aide d'une composition d'agent de revêtement comprenant des solvants organiques et au moins un agent de revêtement choisi dans un groupe constitué par les agents de revêtement polymère et les résines polymères. Ensuite, une deuxième couche de revêtement (8) est appliquée sur la couche de revêtement préparatoire à l'aide d'une composition d'agent de revêtement similaire, la composition d'agent de revêtement étant à une température plus élevée que celle dans l'étape précédente. Un agent de finition est appliqué sur la surface hors poussière (10), après quoi il est laissé à sécher et retiré. La surface est polie pour obtenir la surface à faible frottement et à brillance élevée souhaitée. Ensuite, le durcissement final du revêtement (11) a lieu. D'autres objets de l'invention sont un revêtement à usage intensif obtenu par le procédé, une composition d'agent de revêtement appropriée pour être utilisée dans le procédé ainsi qu'un article revêtu par un tel revêtement à usage intensif.
