Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a method for estimating and compensating errors in the positioning of a precision machine having a machine table, which comprises: arranging a contact probe on the precision machine; arranging a calibration device on the machine table; positioning the device on the machine table of the precision machine in a plurality of predetermined positions; measuring, with the contact probe, each sphere of a plurality of spheres, for each position of the plurality of predetermined positions of the calibration device; determining, digitally, a position of the centre of each sphere of the plurality of spheres; and obtaining, digitally, parameters {px}, {py}, {pz}, α, β and ɣ of a mathematical model.
(ES) Un método para estimar y compensar errores de posicionado de una máquina de precisión que tiene una mesa de máquina, que comprende: disponer una sonda de contacto en la máquina de precisión; disponer un artefacto de calibración en la mesa de máquina: posicionar el artefacto en la mesa de máquina de la máquina de precisión de acuerdo con una pluralidad de posiciones predeterminadas; medir cada esfera de la pluralidad de esferas con la sonda de contacto para cada posición del artefacto de calibración de la pluralidad de posiciones predeterminadas; determinar digitalmente una posición del centro de cada una de las esferas de la pluralidad de esferas; y obtener digitalmente los parámetros {px}, {py}, {pz}, α, β y ɣ del modelo matemático.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour estimer et compenser des erreurs de positionnement d'une machine de précision qui présente une table de machine, qui consiste à : disposer une sonde de contact dans la machine de précision ; disposer un dispositif d'étalonnage dans la table de machine ; positionner le dispositif dans la table de machine de la machine de précision conformément à une pluralité de positions prédéterminées ; mesurer chaque sphère de la pluralité de sphères avec la sonde de contact pour chaque position de l'outil d'étalonnage de la pluralité de positions prédéterminées ; déterminer numériquement une position du centre de chacune des sphères de la pluralité de sphères ; et obtenir numériquement les paramètres {px}, {py}, {pz}, α, β et ɣ du modèle mathématique.
