Abstract
(EN) A method for obtaining one or more free-form individual fibers of biocompatible hydrogels with a predefined diameter, wherein said method comprises the use of a printing system comprising at least a first nozzle (110) and a second nozzle (120) surrounding the first nozzle, wherein said method comprises the following steps: a) providing a printable biocompatible hydrogel (130) in the first nozzle; b) providing a printable composition (140) comprising a non-toxic thermoreversible gelation polymer in the second nozzle; c) extruding the biocompatible hydrogel in a) and the composition in b) simultaneously through the nozzles, wherein the composition in b) in a gel state coats the extruded biocompatible hydrogel; d) optionally, submitting the obtained one or more individual fibers to a cross- linking treatment; e) optionally, removing the composition in b) from the external surface of the deposited one or more fibers.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'une ou plusieurs fibres individuelles de forme libre d'hydrogels biocompatibles avec un diamètre prédéfini, ledit procédé consistant à utiliser un système d'impression comprenant au moins une première buse (110) et une seconde buse (120) entourant la première buse, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant : a) à fournir un hydrogel biocompatible imprimable (130) dans la première buse ; b) à fournir une composition imprimable (140) comprenant un polymère de gélification thermoréversible non toxique dans la seconde buse ; c) à extruder simultanée de l'hydrogel biocompatible de a) et de la composition de b) à travers les buses, la composition de b) dans un état de gel recouvrant l'hydrogel biocompatible extrudé ; d) éventuellement, à soumettre la ou des fibres individuelles obtenues à un traitement de réticulation ; e) éventuellement, à retirer la composition de b) de la surface externe de la ou des fibres déposées.
