Abstract
(EN) Methods for the diagnosis of meningioma in a subject are described, comprising in vitro determining whether messenger RNA sequences miR-9-1 or MiR-497 have increased levels in a sample of the subject when compared to a sample obtained from a healthy individual and/or between benign and higher-grade meningioma tumors.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes de diagnostic du méningiome chez un sujet, consistant à déterminer in vitro si des séquences d'ARN messager miR-9-1 ou MiR -497 ont des niveaux accrus dans un échantillon prélevé sur le sujet par comparaison avec un échantillon obtenu à partir d'un individu sain et/ou entre des tumeurs de méningiome bénins et de grade supérieur.
