Abstract
(EN) The present invention pertains to a new instant beverage powder comprising whey proteins and having a neutral pH, which powder is suitable for preparing transparent beverages. The invention furthermore relates to a method for producing an instant beverage powder, a transparent beverage product produced from the instant beverage powder and a method for preparing the transparent beverage, use of the instant beverage powder and a kit comprising the instant beverage powder product.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une nouvelle poudre de boisson instantanée comprenant des protéines de lactosérum et ayant un pH neutre, ladite poudre étant appropriée pour la préparation de boissons transparentes. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'une poudre de boisson instantanée, un produit de boisson transparent produit à partir de la poudre de boisson instantanée et un procédé de préparation de la boisson transparente, l'utilisation de la poudre de boisson instantanée et un kit comprenant le produit de poudre de boisson instantanée.
