Abstract
(EN) In the context of a multi-criteria optimization workspace, a control circuit provides a user opportunity to modify (202) radiation treatment plan optimization objective values, wherein the optimization objectives include at least one of a radiation treatment plan complexity optimization objective and a radiation treatment delivery time optimization objective. These teachings then provide for the control circuit receiving input from the user comprising a change (206) to at least one of these optimization objective values. By one approach the control circuit first accesses a prioritized list of clinical goals and automatically generates optimization objectives as a function of the prioritized list of clinical goals. The control circuit then generates a seed optimized radiation treatment plan as a function of the automatically generated optimization objectives and subsequently generates a collection of different radiation treatment plans by varying the automatically generated optimization objectives to thereby characterize a trade-off exploration space for the multi-criteria optimization workspace.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, dans le contexte d'un espace de travail d'optimisation multicritères, un circuit de commande fournissant une opportunité à l'utilisateur de modifier (202) des valeurs d'objectif d'optimisation de plan de traitement par rayonnement, les objectifs d'optimisation incluant au moins l'un parmi un objectif d'optimisation de complexité de plan de traitement par rayonnement et un objectif d'optimisation de durée d'administration de traitement par rayonnement. Ces enseignements permettent ensuite au circuit de commande de recevoir une entrée de l'utilisateur comprenant une modification (206) d'au moins l'une de ces valeurs d'objectif d'optimisation. Par une approche, le circuit de commande accède d'abord à une liste priorisée d'objectifs cliniques et génère automatiquement des objectifs d'optimisation en fonction de la liste priorisée d'objectifs cliniques. Le circuit de commande génère ensuite un plan de traitement par rayonnement optimisé de départ en fonction des objectifs d'optimisation générés automatiquement et génère ensuite un ensemble de différents plans de traitement par rayonnement en faisant varier les objectifs d'optimisation générés automatiquement pour ainsi caractériser un espace d'exploration de compromis pour l'espace de travail d'optimisation multicritères.
