Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein additives Fertigungsverfahren angegeben, bei dem mit einem Druckkopf ein Extrusionsmaterial in mehreren, entlang einer z-Achse übereinander angeordneten Schichten auf eine Druckfläche aufgetragen und während des Auftragens zwischen dem Druckkopf und der Druckfläche Relativbewegungen in einer x-Achse und/oder einer y-Achse einer sich senkrecht zur z-Achse erstreckenden x,y-Achsenebene durchgeführt werden. Das Verfahren beinhaltet eine bewegungsrichtungsabhängige Variation der Materialbahnbreite des Extrusionsmaterials, das durch eine oder mehrere Extrusionsöffnungen des Druckkopfes auf der Druckfläche bzw. einer der darauf angeordneten Schichten aufgetragen wird. Weiterhin werden ein zugehöriges computerimplementiertes Verfahren für den 3D-Druck, zugehörige 3D-Druckköpfe und eine zugehörige 3D-Druckvorrichtung angegeben.
(EN) The invention relates to an additive manufacturing method, in which an extrusion material is applied to a printing surface in multiple layers arranged on top of one another along a Z-axis using a printhead, and relative movements in an X-axis and/or a Y-axis of an X,Y axial plane extending perpendicular to the Z-axis are carried out between the printhead and the printing surface during the application. The method involves a movement-direction-dependent variation of the material output width of the extrusion material that is applied to the printing surface or one of the layers arranged thereon via one or more extrusion openings in the printhead. The invention also relates to an associated computer-implemented method for 3D printing, associated 3D printheads and an associated 3D printing device.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication additive comprenant les étapes consistant à appliquer sur une surface d’impression, avec une tête d'impression, une matière d'extrusion sous la forme de plusieurs couches superposées le long d’un axe z, et mettre en œuvre au cours de l’application des mouvements relatifs entre la tête d'impression et la surface d’impression selon un axe x et/ou un axe y d’un plan d'axes x,y perpendiculaire à l’axe z. Le procédé comprend une variation en fonction de la direction du mouvement, de la largeur de bande de la matière d’extrusion qui est appliquée par une ou plusieurs ouvertures d’extrusion de la tête d’impression sur la surface d’impression ou l’une des couches qui la recouvrent. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé correspondant d’impression 3D mis en œuvre par ordinateur, des têtes d’impression 3D correspondantes et un dispositif d’impression 3D correspondant.
