Abstract
(EN) Determining a resistance (100) in an electric circuit (1) comprising the steps of applying a voltage pulse (VP) to a test point (10) of said electric circuit (1), said voltage pulse (VP) having a predetermined pulse duration; measuring an electric observable (eO) at a response point (11) of said electric circuit (1) during at least a part of said pulse duration; estimating during said pulse duration an expectation value from said measured observable (eO); and determining said resistance (100) from said expectation value.
(FR) La détermination d'une résistance dans un circuit électrique comprend les étapes consistant à appliquer une impulsion de tension à un point de test dudit circuit électrique, ladite impulsion de tension ayant une durée d'impulsion prédéfinie ; mesurer une observable électrique à un point de réponse dudit circuit électrique pendant au moins une partie de ladite durée d'impulsion ; estimer pendant ladite durée d'impulsion une espérance à partir de l'observable mesurée ; et déterminer ladite résistance à partir de ladite espérance.
