Abstract
(DE) Dreidimensionales Siebdruckverfahren zur Herstellung eines Grünteils aus Druckmaterial für ein pulvermetallurgisches Bauteil, wobei das Druckmaterial einen Anteil aus Pulver, insbesondere Metallpulver oder Keramikpulver, und Binder aufweist oder aus diesen Materialien besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Siebdruckmaske eine Siebdruckstruktur mit Öffnungen zum Durchdrücken des Druckmaterials aufweist, wobei die Öffnungen teilweise wellenförmig ausgebildet sind, so dass das Grünteil mindestens teilweise eine dreidimensionale wellenförmige Struktur und / oder wellenförmige Ränder aufweist.

(FR) L'invention concerne en particulier un procédé de sérigraphie 3D pour fabriquer une ébauche crue (20) à partir d'un matériau d'impression (11) pour un composant (30) obtenu par la métallurgie des poudres, le matériau d'impression (11) présentant une proportion de poudre, en particulier de poudre métallique ou de poudre céramique, et une proportion de liant ou étant constitué de ces matières. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un masque de sérigraphie (10) présente une structure de sérigraphie (1) comportant des ouvertures (1', 1", 13) à travers lesquelles le matériau d'impression (11) peut être imprimé, ces ouvertures (1 ', 1') présentant sensiblement une forme d'onde de sorte que l'ébauche crue (20) présente au moins en partie une structure ondulée tridimensionnelle (21) et/ou des bords ondulés (22).
