Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ermitteln einer Kohlenstoffdioxidkonzentration in Messgas, aufweisend die Schritte: Abzweigen des Messgases aus einer Hauptleitung (15) eines Medizingerätes (12) während einer inspiratorischen Phase einer am Medizingerät (12) angeschlossenen Person (13) als Inspirationsgas und während einer exspiratorischen Phase der Person (13) als Exspirationsgas zu einer Sensoreinheit (11) durch eine Abzweigungsleitung (14), Fördern des Messgases aus der Hauptleitung (15) durch die Abzweigungsleitung (14) zur Sensoreinheit (11) mittels einer Fluidfördereinheit (24), adaptives Einstellen der Fluidfördereinheit (24) unter Berücksichtigung eines Atemwegsdrucks in der Hauptleitung (15) zum Erzeugen eines während der inspiratorischen Phase und der exspiratorischen Phase gleichmäßigen Volumenstroms und/oder Gasdrucks des Messgases in der Abzweigungsleitung (14) zur Sensoreinheit (11), und Ermitteln der Kohlenstoffdioxidkonzentration im Messgas mittels der Sensoreinheit (11). Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Ermittlungsvorrichtung (10), ein Medizingerät (12), eine Einstelleinheit (26), ein Computerprogrammprodukt (29) und ein Speichermittel (30) mit einem darauf gespeicherten Computerprogrammprodukt (29) zum Durchführen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.

(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'une concentration de dioxyde de carbone dans un gaz de mesure, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : séparer le gaz de mesure d'une conduite principale (15) d'un appareil médical (12) pendant une phase inspiratoire d'une personne (13) reliée à l'appareil médical (12) en tant que gaz d'inspiration et pendant une phase d'expiration de la personne (13) en tant que gaz d'expiration vers une unité de détection (11) au moyen d'une conduite de dérivation (14), transporter le gaz de mesure à partir de la conduite principale (15) à travers la conduite de dérivation (14) à l'unité de détection (11) au moyen d'une unité de transport de fluide (24), ajuster de manière adaptative l'unité de transport de fluide (24) en tenant compte d'une pression des voies respiratoires dans la conduite principale (15) pour générer un flux volumique, qui est uniforme pendant la phase inspiratoire et la phase expiratoire, et/ou la pression gazeuse du gaz de mesure dans la conduite de dérivation (14) à l'unité de détection (11), et déterminer la concentration en dioxyde de carbone dans le gaz de mesure au moyen de l'unité de détection (11).
