Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauteilen (1) aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer, wobei das thermoplastische Elastomer in einem Extruderrohr (2) einer Spritzgussmaschine (3) unter Wärmezufuhr und Einwirkung einer ExtrüderSchnecke (4) der Spritzgussmaschine (3) zu einer Schmelze (5) aufgeschmolzen wird und der Schmelze (5) im Extruderrohr (2) über einen Injektor der Spritzgussmaschine (3) Gas zugeführt und die Schmelze (5) mit dem Gas im Extruderrohr (2) angereichert und die mit dem Gas angereicherte Schmelze (5) anschließend in einem Einspritzvorgang aus dem Extruderrohr (2) in einen Formhohlraum (7) einer geschlossenen Spritzgussform (8) der Spritzgussmaschine (3) eingespritzt wird, wobei das Volumen der mit dem Gas angereicherten und in die Spritzgussform (8) eingespritzten Schmelze (5) durch Aufschäumen in der Spritzgussform (8) vergrößert und damit am Ende des Aufschäumvorgangs zumindest in einem Innenbereich (9) des Bauteils (1) ein Schäumgrad im Wertebereich von 30% bis 70%, vorzugsweise von 50% bis 60%, erreicht wird.
